1. How do your photographers dress for the wedding?
Either in a tuxedo or a suit.
2. How much time do you need prior to the ceremony?
We like to start 1½ hours prior to the ceremony.

3. How much time is required for the formal photographs?
We like to have a minimum of ½ hour, 45 minutes to 1 hour is ideal.
4. Do you carry backup equipment?
Always, we carry back up cameras, lenses, batteries, cords and film.
5. Which format do you use?
We use medium format equipment ( 2¼ square format ). We will use some 35mm for our
photojournalism coverage.

6. Do you photograph the guests at their tables?
No. The only time to photograph tables is during dinner while the banquet staff is doing
their job. Also, at most halls it is usually too congested to obtain good photographs. We
are happy to photograph any group of friends for you outside the dining area.
7. Do your photographers stay to the end of the reception?
We usually finish sometime during the last hour of your reception after all the formal
events have taken place and we have completed all your request photographs.

8. Are there any travel charges?
No.
9. When will our color originals be ready?
The color originals are usually ready 2 or 3 weeks after your wedding.
10. How long does the final album take to prepare?
That depends on the album you order. Most are ready 8 to 10 weeks after you place your
order, leather bound covers usually take 3 to 4 weeks longer.
